الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه وبعد فهذا ملخص بأبرز أحجام الأضحية استقيت أكثره من الموسوعة الفقهية مع إضافات متفرقة سائلاً الله أن ينفع بها وأن يتقبل من الحميع . لقد شرع الله سبحانه الأضحية فقال: ( إنا أعطيناك الكوثر فصل لربك وانحر إن شانئك هو الأبتر) ، وهي ثابتة قولاً وفعلاً عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لما روى البخاري ومسلم عن أنس رضي الله عنه أن النبي، صلى الله عليه وسلم، ضحى بكبشين أملحين أقرنين ذبحهما بيده وسمى وكبر. وروى ابن ماجه والحاكم وغيرهما عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "مَنْ وَجَدَ سَعَةً فَلَمْ يُضَحِّ فَلَا يَقْرَبَنَّ مُصَلَّانَا "،وصححه بعض أهل العلم. مم تكون الأضحية : وتكون الأضحية من الأنعام وهي : الإبل عراباً كانت أو بخاتيّ ، والبقرة الأهليّة ومنها الجواميس ، والغنم ضأناً كانت أو معزاً ، ويجزئ من كلّ ذلك الذّكور والإناث . ولم تنقل التّضحية بغير الأنعام عن النّبيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. شروط الأضحية : لابد أن يراعى في الأضحية أمران : السن والسلامة من العيوب . فأما سنها : فينبغي بأن تكون ثنيّةً أو فوق الثّنيّة من الإبل والبقر والمعز ، وجذعةً أو فوق الجذعة من الضّأن ، فلا تجزئ التّضحية بما دون الثّنيّة من غير الضّأن ، ولا بما دون الجذعة من الضّأن ، لقول النّبيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم : « لا تذبحوا إلاّ مسنّةً ، إلاّ أن يعسر عليكم ، فتذبحوا جذعةً من الضّأن » . والمسنّة من كلّ الأنعام هي الثّنيّة فما فوقها . حكاه النّوويّ عن أهل اللّغة . ولقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « نعمت الأضحيّة الجذع من الضّأن » . والجذع من الضّأن ما أتمّ ستّة أشهرٍ ، والثني من الضّأن والمعز ابن سنةٍ ، ومن البقر ابن سنتين ، ومن الإبل ابن خمس سنين . وأما السلامة من العيوب:فلا تجوز الأضحية بالمعيبة مثل: المريضة البين مرضها ، والعوراء البين عورها،والعرجاء البين ظلعها، والعجفاء التي لا تنقي ، والعضباء التي ذهب أكثر أذنها أو قرنها لحديث البَرَاءِ رضي الله عنه قَالَ : قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَيَدِي أَقْصَرُ مِنْ يَدِهِ فَقَالَ :"أَرْبَعٌ لَا يَجُزْنَ الْعَوْرَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَوَرُهَا وَالْمَرِيضَةُ الْبَيِّنُ مَرَضُهَا وَالْعَرْجَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ ظَلْعُهَا وَالْكَسِيرَةُ الَّتِي لَا تُنْقِي "رواه الترمذي وغيره. والمراد بِالْعَرْجَاءِ بَيِّنٌ ظَلْعُهَا أَيْ عَرَجُهَا , وَهُوَ أَنْ يَمْنَعَهَا الْمَشْيُ ومن ( البَيِّنٌ عَوَرُهَا ) أَيْ عَمَاهَا فِي عَيْنٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَبِالْأَوْلَى فِي الْعَيْنَيْنِ ومن ( الْمَرِيضَةِ البَيِّنٌ مَرَضُهَا ) وَهِيَ الَّتِي لَا تُعْتَلَفُ قَالَهُ الْقَارِي ( وَلَا بِالْعَجْفَاءِ ) أَيْ الْمَهْزُولَةِ ( الَّتِي لَا تُنَقَّى ) مِنْ الْإِنْقَاءِ أَيْ الَّتِي لَا نِقْيَ لَهَا بِكَسْرِ النُّونِ وَإِسْكَانِ الْقَافِ وَهُوَ الْمُخُّ . قَالَ التُّورْبَشْتِيُّ هِيَ الْمَهْزُولَةُ الَّتِي لَا نِقْيَ لِعِظَامِهَا , يَعْنِي لَا مُخَّ لَهَا مِنْ الْعَجَفِ وقال الإمام الترمذي :"( وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ) قَالَ النَّوَوِيُّ : وَأَجْمَعُوا أَنَّ الْعُيُوبَ الْأَرْبَعَةَ الْمَذْكُورَةَ فِي حَدِيثِ الْبَرَاءِ لَا تُجْزِئُ التَّضْحِيَةُ بِهَا , وَكَذَا مَا كَانَ فِي مَعْنَاهَا أَوْ أَقْبَحُ مِنْهَا كَالْعَمَى وَقَطْعِ الرِّجْلِ وَشِبْهِهِ. اِنْتَهَى مستفادا من تحفة الأحوذي للمباركفوري . ووقت الأضحية يبدأ من بعد صلاة العيد لما رواه البخاري عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا نَبْدَأُ مِنْ يَوْمِنَا هَذَا أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعَ فَنَنْحَرَ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ أَصَابَ سُنَّتَنَا " ومن ذبح قبل الصلاة فهي لحم ولم تجزأه وعليه الإعادة لما رواه البخاري برقم 954 عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ فَلْيُعِدْ ". وأما وقت انتهائها فهوغروب يوم الثالث عشر من ذي الحجة . ويكفي أضحية واحدة عن البيت الواحد فإذا ضحى الإنسان بشاة من الضأن أو المعز أجزأت عنه وعن أهل بيته. ويجوز المشاركة في الاضحية إذا كانت من الابل أو البقر، وتجزئ البقرة أو الجمل عن سبعة أشخاص إذا كانوا قاصدين الأضحية ، فعن جابر قال: " نحرنا مع النبي، صلى الله عليه وسلم، بالحديبية البدنة عن سبعة والبقرة عن سبعة ". رواه مسلم وأبو داود والترمذي. توزيع لحم الأضحية: يسن للمضحي أن يأكل من أضحيته ويهدي الاقارب ويتصدق منها على الفقراء لقوله تعالى : (فكلوا منها وأطعموا القانع والمعتر) [الحج : 36] . ولقول رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" َكُلُوا وَادَّخِرُوا وَتَصَدَّقُوا"رواه البخاري ومسلم . وقد قال العلماء: الأفضل أن يأكل الثلث ويتصدق بالثلث ويدخر الثلث واستدلوا لذلك بحديث عبدالله بن عباس رضي الله عنهما مرفوعاً في الأضحية قال : "ويطعم أهل بيته الثلث ، ويطعم فقراء جيرانه الثلث ، ويتصدق على السؤال بالثلث ". وقال الحافظ أبو موسى : هذا حديث حسن. والقانع : والسائل ، والمعتر : الذي يعترض لك لتعطيه ، فذكر ثلاثة ، فينبغي أن تقسم بينهم أثلاثاً . وهو قول ابن عمر وابن مسعود ، ولم يعرف لهما مخالف من الصحابة كما في منار السبيل شرح الدليل ). كما أنه لا يجوز بيعها ولا بيع جلدها ، ولا يعطى الجزار من لحمها شيئا كأجر. والسنة أن المضحي يذبح بنفسه فيسن لمن يحسن الذبح أن يذبح أضحيته بيده ويقول: بسم الله والله أكبر، اللهم هذا عن فلان - ويسمي نفسه - فإن رسول الله، صلى الله عليه وسلم، ذبح كبشا وقال: بسم الله والله أكبر، اللهم هذا عني وعن من لم يضح من أمتي "رواه أبو داود والترمذي.
